Recognizing that a significant portion of the application's user base comprises individuals of an older demographic, the design approach prioritizes utmost user-friendliness. This is achieved by combining graphical representations with clear numerical data, ensuring accessibility and ease of comprehension for all users.
The dashboard is thoughtfully structured into two primary segments: a graphical interface tailored for regular users within the organization and a distinct section for administrators. This clear separation of concerns aims to enhance usability, catering to the specific needs and roles of both regular users and administrators.
Addressing the considerable challenge of enhancing dashboard accessibility for users aged 60 and above, a strategic approach was adopted. The incorporation of a thoughtfully chosen color scheme, complemented by clear graphical representations and descriptive headings for each section, significantly improved user orientation and comprehension. Furthermore, the integration of relevant icons for data input and database saving streamlined user interactions, making it intuitively clear which field corresponds to specific data types, simplifying the overall user experience.

Insights gleaned from the challenges encountered in design and development.
The focus on users aged 60 and above was evident in the choice of design elements. Clear color schemes and descriptive headings were employed to guide users seamlessly through the interface, making it user-friendly and efficient. The integration of relevant icons further enhanced user understanding, allowing for straightforward data input and database interaction.
Embracing a minimalist design approach, the dashboard avoided unnecessary complexity. By presenting essential information in a clear and straightforward manner, the design reduced visual clutter and cognitive load. This simplicity ensures that users, particularly those less familiar with digital interfaces, can navigate the dashboard with ease.
High-quality images, along with graphical representations like charts and graphs, were strategically incorporated to enhance visual engagement. This not only added aesthetic appeal but also served the purpose of making complex data more accessible and engaging for users.
Recognizing the diverse user roles, the dashboard was thoughtfully divided into two main sections—one for regular users and another for administrators. This clear separation streamlined content presentation, ensuring that users could access and interact with the relevant information seamlessly.
